No phone

I'm only going to be in Singapore 2 days. Is there any way to book without a phone? Or possibly to rent/buy a cheap phone?

i have a samsung galaxy apollo, and have just become obsessed with angry birds, when i try to download it of the android market, it says there is no phone associated with my account, is there anywhere else i can download it from, preferably free.
